Today, you have your breath with you as your constant companion. If your thoughts are thinking you would rather be somewhere else, then go there. If you can’t, then breathe deeply and know that where you are has all the conditions you need to be happy.
If you start your day thinking, because I am feeling such and such, today will be awful, you are limiting your possibilities. If you start your day in fear, breathe deeply and be brave. When the fear passes, breathe deeply and relax. Today will be awe filled.
