If you are not feeling good on a regular basis, then there is a better world out there. You can feel better. When things seem bad, it may seem like there is something wrong with you. If you think there is something wrong with you, then you will be able to find lots of evidence to prove that there is something wrong with you. It is important to reject that idea. There is nothing wrong with you. You are just right.
What is wrong is how you think about yourself. If you find yourself thinking that you could be better, or that somebody else is better than you, or even that somebody is worse than you, then you are going to rank yourself with the rest of humanity. That is a losing game. That is a destructive way to think. If you notice yourself comparing yourself negatively, either to another person, or to a more ideal you, then you should remind yourself that you are just right. Your thinking is leading you astray. If you learn to notice these kinds of thoughts, whenever they occur, they will stop. You will feel better.
This doesn’t mean that you can’t set goals for yourself and change your life. Understanding that you are just right will give you the courage to fix what is wrong. As you change your wrong thinking, your wrong habits will vanish. When you learn to watch and question your wrong thinking by comparing it to the fact that you are just right, you will see that it is true. That feels good.
