There is always something to smile about. Even when you are feeling your lowest, you are capable of experiencing something delightful and slipping into a genuine smile. It is fairly common to laugh through tears. If you are feeling a lot of pain or distress, that something that makes you smile can be a welcome reminder of your basic joy.
If you don’t think that you have anything to smile about, think again. If you still don’t have anything to smile about, then stop thinking.
