Feeling It

Meditation is a wonderful waste of time.  If time is meant to be productive, then if you are meditating properly, then you are wasting your time.  If you are trying to be productive with your meditation then you are not meditating, but trying to accomplish something.

When I meditate, I often feel a sensation around my head.  This sensation is distracting because I enjoy it and feel as though I am accomplishing something. That feeling also comes to me several times a day when I am not meditating.  If I am driving, sitting quietly, reading blogs, and writing blogs.  I am feeling it quite keenly as I write this.

That feeling is not a goal, it is a feeling. It happens. I keep sitting.
